During your stay in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, be sure to visit Sallertaine, the village of artisans, as well as its surrounding countryside and the Moulin de Rairé. Still in operation today, this historic windmill is well worth a visit. You can even stop there for a delicious crêpe and enjoy a peaceful countryside break.
